Mindless Ramble

It's been one of my very bad days. I seem to be shivering, but not from a cold that can be fixed with blankets. I've had to fight constantly not to keep from bursting into tears. For some reason I feel inutterably alone. Like the world has fallen away and left me here by myself. I don't know what brought it on. I don't know why my eyes are puffy and filled with tears. I don't know why I feel like crying, and so beyond tired. I just know i need to be held. Rocked. Told it will all be okay, and I'm cared about......
How pathetic is that?
